GRADING

How do we grade our products?

All our products are tested and come with Phonecheck certificate to ensure quality. All products are 100% fully functional with 30 day warranty - See the warranty policy.

All our phones are inspected and certified by Phonecheck to be fully functional. Phone grading refers to the cosmetic conditions of the phones. In regards to Apple phones, only those listed in CPO condition are guaranteed to be 100% Apple parts. Other conditions are simply returns and may have been repaired by a third party. Please view all our grades and contact us should you have any further questions.

All prices are for HSO - handset only. No accessories are included.

Grade A+:

Overall excellent condition, essentially a new phone - may be customer returned within 14-day return policy.

Grade A:

Great physical condition, minor imperfections - If any.

Grade AB:

Light to medium scratching on body or screen - Minor dings, nicks and or small scuffs can be present on the sides. No dents whatsoever on the body or the sides.

Grade B:

Medium to more prominent scratches, medium scuffs on body and screen - No dents but could have nicks with possible discoloration of LCD.

Grade C:

Heavy wear, scratches, scuffs, nicks, dents and possibly minor cracks. Please ask for photos. Some minor defects or imperfections maybe present.

Battery Health

All phones are guaranteed to be fully functional.

Battery life for older model iPhones:

For iPhone 7, 7 Plus 8 Plus, X, XR XS and XS Max, battery health will be 75% or greater.

Battery life for newer models iPhones:

For iPhone 11, 11 PRO, 11 PRO MAX, 12, 12 PRO, 12 PRO MAX,

13, 13 PRO and 13 PRO MAX, battery health will be 80% or greater.

Most of our stock of these newer grade product will be above that mark.

Battery life for older model Samsungs:

For Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, S9, S9 Plus, Note8 and Note 9, battery health will be 75% or greater.

For Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, S10 Plus, Note 10, Note 10 Plus or newer, battery health will be 75% or greater.

Most of our stock of these newer grade product will be above that mark.
